Cheese Making Demo & Tasting

Making cheese at home is fun and easy! Alyssa Hayes, Food Systems Educator w/Cornell CE, will demonstrate the step-by-step process of making fresh Mozzarella cheese. At the end everyone will enjoy a sample of the cheese that was made. All ages welcomed! RSVP or call us to reserve your seat!
